- 28 Day Schedule of Pilates workouts & stretch flows (with 2 active rest days a week)
- All videos are pre recorded for you to integrate into your daily routine, all ranging between 15-30 minutes
- All exercises have a tiered approach, so you are able to challenge yourself to an intensity that feels right for you, therefore making it suitable for all levels of ability, from beginner, to intermediate and advanced
- You will receive an email early every Monday morning with the link to every video for the week to allow you to fit it into your daily routine hassle free
- Gain lifetime access to the videos which you will be able to revisit anytime after the challenge is complete making it a great way of seeing the progress and improvements you have made!
The challenge commences Monday 3rd November. You will also have access to a WhatsApp Group creating a wonderful community feel to support, encourage and motivate one another through the challenge.
