Package Options:
MOST POPULAR – GOLD PACKAGE:
The ultimate Online Programming support! My Gold Package is a commitment of a minimum of 3 months and includes as many gym/home workouts as you require in a week. It also includes a weekly check in at the end of each week plus updated rep ranges and any exercises you feel need to be adjusted. But, the Gold Package is not just about fitness, it’s about your total wellbeing and supporting you as a whole! Included within the Package, you will also receive nutritional support through weekly reviews of food diaries, providing suitable and sustainable suggestions to improve your diet, as well as creating and embedding healthy lifestyle habits (e.g. improving sleep, stress levels, making time for you) in a way that feels manageable and achievable to you!
SILVER PACKAGE:
Looking for a little more independence in the gym but still under the accountability and support of a coach? My Silver Package includes up to 4 Gym/Home workouts (or hybrid of both) tailored to you and your requirements. The duration of the Silver Package is 4 weeks, and will include a check in at the end of each week, plus updated rep ranges and any exercises that feel need to be adjusted.
BRONZE PACKAGE:
Individual programmes written and tailored to you and your requirements. They can be gym or home workouts, or a hybrid of both. Once programmes have been written, and you are happy with what I have provided, I will have no further involvement.
