As with everything in life, we are all individual, and each of our experiences with menopause will differ too. However, often the signs and symptoms can be vague, and can be investigated as other disorders or deficiencies before being told you are now into your menopause journey.
There are over 30 commonly known menopause symptoms, which may include; hot flushes, disturbed sleep, joint aches and pains, headaches, fatigue, increase in anxiety – the list goes on.
Not every women will experience the same symptoms or even experience the same symptoms at the end of their journey compared to the start. Perimenopause and Menopause is a natural process that every women will take, yet, up until recently, it is rarely spoken about. Due to this, it has often led to negative impacts potentially on relationships, work and finances.
As a Menopause Wellness Practitioner, I am here to help support and guide you through your journey, to listen and offer advice where necessary and to understand more about you.
What to expect from a Menopause Wellness Support session
The session can be face-to-face or via video call where we will have a general chat about everything, dive a little deeper into how you are feeling and discuss how to help support you moving forward through your journey in a non-judgmental environment.
We will work through a questionnaire and talk through ideas and other specific ways of helping to improve:
- Helping you to manage your stress
- Looking into your diet and potentially offering new alternatives which can help to reduce possible inflammation and other nutrients to consume.
- Understanding your current movement and exercise habits.
- Your sleep routine
- Promoting self-care to try and include the things you enjoy and to ensure you continue to honour those moving forward.
Everything we talk through will be completely related to you, and ensure it is manageable to integrate into your lifestyle.
Follow-up appointments are available to review the goals set in your first session and to set new ones going forward.

Initial Consultation – £45
Check-in Sessions – £25

Full payment is required prior to booking the session. Initial consultation can last up to 60 minutes, and check in sessions up to 30 minutes. The first check-in session is recommended 2 weeks after first consultation and can book as many as you feel is necessary. Consultations can be face-to-face or via video call. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy on the cost of the session.
