
WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a form of mind-body exercise, focusing on control of every movement, as well as learning the coordination of connecting movement to breath. It aims to improve;
- Your core strength, helping to contribute to better posture and spinal alignment
- Overall improvements in full body muscular strength and flexibility
- Increase range of movement in the joints
- Improvements in balance and stability, helping to reduce the risk of falls
- A perfect form of exercise for supporting mental and emotional health
All sessions that I teach are grounded in the six core principles of Pilates – breath, concentration, centering, control, flow and precision. My aim is for when you leave any session, you are feeling strong, you have gained an appreciation for your body and your capabilities, whilst also creating an inner calm that carries through the rest of your day.

HOW CAN I START?
- I offer 1:1 and 2:1 private Pilates sessions that are suitably tailored to you, your goals, and your ability. These can be home based (subject to time availability) or at Raff PT Studio, Churchdown Lane, Gloucester where I am also based for PT sessions. - I teach in the community every Thursday 6:30-7:15pm and Friday 11:30-12:15pm at Raff PT Studio. The beautiful studio has calm and scenic views, creating the perfect space to nourish and energise the body. - I teach a Dynamic Reformer Pilates class every Tuesday 12:15-1:10pm at Reform 117 Studio in Cheltenham. Where strength training is infused in the six core Pilates Principles, it truly is the perfect way to move your body, clear your mind, and add that little extra ‘spice’ to your day! - I also run Pilates Pop Up events at Raff PT Studio in line with Nature and her seasons. The dates for 2025 are Sunday 23rd March (Spring Equinox) Sunday 22nd June (Summer Solstice), Sunday 21st September (Autumn Equinox), Sunday 21st December (Winter Solstice). Within any of my classes or individual sessions, I bring a vibrant energy, uplifting your mood as well as creating a sense of empowerment to inspire your confidence to safely challenge yourself to build strength in your body and your mind.
CAN I DO SOMETHING FROM HOME?
ABSOLUTELY! As life can be so busy, sometimes finding a small amount of time for you to stop and pause, to do something for yourself is so beneficial! I strive to inspire and encourage you to try and do more daily movement from the comfort of your own home.

Both of the Pilates Movement Challenges are here to create consistency in moving your body, calming your mind and gifting time for YOU!
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
- 28 Day Schedule of Pilates inspired workouts & stretch flows (with 2 active rest days a week)
- All videos are pre recorded for you to integrate into your daily routine, all ranging between 15-30 minutes
- All exercises have a tiered approach, so you are able to challenge yourself to an intensity that feels right for you, therefore making it suitable for all levels of ability, from beginner, to intermediate and advanced
- You will receive an email early every Monday morning with the link to every video for the week, allowing you to plan your workouts into your routine easily at a time that suits you
- Gain lifetime access to the videos which you will be able to revisit anytime after the challenge is complete making it a great way of seeing the progress and improvements you have made!
Each challenge is £28 for 28 days!

All the videos were all really good in their own way, some targets certain areas, some videos were fully body, & some were stretching & more gentle ones, so it was great to pick ones that fitted your mood for that day. The different variations for each exercise really helped & each one had a more challenging movement should you choose. This was really good for me as I have a bad back & need to be careful doing certain things, but I was able to adapt with the moves you gave us.
