As a ski instructor it’s hard to find specific exercises in a gym which target the muscles that I need to strengthen, but within a chat with Abbie she was able to figure out what sort of training I needed to be doing and write up a program for me.
The programs were clear and concise and what I loved most was that if there were any exercises I did not get on with due to injuries or not finding that they worked for me she was able to suggest various others which would target the same muscles.
Within a few months of Abbie’s programs I was ski ready and was able to train and progress my skiing much faster.”
